MISSION
Mission
The Trans-Caspian Career Olympiad is designed to become an international educational platform that identifies and supports talented school students from Central Asia and the South Caucasus, helping them develop professional competencies and creating conditions for their future careers.
Our mission is to:
- Prepare a new generation of specialists who are in demand within the framework of large-scale regional projects, including One Belt — One Road and the Silk Road Economic Belt;
- Connect school students with universities and employers, creating a direct trajectory from education to profession;
- Build human capital for the countries of the region by providing them with modern, broadly trained, and competitive specialists;
- Promote international cooperation based on knowledge, innovation, and partnership.
The Olympiad is not only a competition but also a bridge to the future, uniting school students, universities, and employers into a single system for training human resources for the sustainable development of Central Asia and the South Caucasus.
The Olympiad pursues the following objectives:
- Identify gifted school students and assist them in their professional self-determination;
- Ensure the preparation of future specialists in areas relevant to the implementation of large international projects and regional development;
- Create conditions for interaction among students, partner universities, and potential employers;
- Build a foundation for training competitive professionals capable of contributing to the sustainable socio-economic development of the region.
Vision
The mission of the Trans-Caspian Career Olympiad is realized through the creation of a sustainable educational and career ecosystem that unites school students, universities, businesses, and government institutions of Central Asia and the South Caucasus.
The vision includes the following directions:
Accessibility and Digitalization
• Hosting the Olympiad in an online format to ensure equal access for students across all regions;
• Using digital platforms for registration, testing, results analysis, and participant support.
Partnership with Universities and Employers
• Building a network of partner universities that provide Olympiad winners with educational opportunities and grants;
• Collaborating with regional companies and corporations to facilitate the employment of future graduates.
Scholarship and Grant Support
• Establishing the Trans-Caspian Scholarship Fund in cooperation with charitable organizations, private firms, and corporations;
• Awarding scholarships and grants to the winners and prize holders of the Olympiad for continuing education.
Human Capital Development
• Identifying and systematically training gifted school students for future participation in international projects and the development of national economies;
• Creating a database of Olympiad participants and winners as a promising human resource for the region.
International Cooperation
• Strengthening educational and cultural ties among the countries of the region;
• Integrating the Olympiad into global educational initiatives and programs.
