The International Trans-Caspian Career Olympiad is represented by a team with extensive professional experience in the fields of education and digitalization. Many members of the team actively participate in and lead the successful implementation of international projects.
A strong aspect of the project is the synergy between experienced and young, ambitious individuals united by the idea of successfully bringing this project to life and endowed with great creative potential.

Education Expert | PhD in Pedagogy | Associate Professor
Dr. Vagif Alakbarov is an accomplished education specialist with extensive experience in academic leadership, pedagogical innovation, and international project management. He previously served as the Deputy Director of the Scientific Research Institute of Pedagogy and as an Education Consultant to the Government and the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He has led several educational and consulting initiatives, including the “Istedad” Association for Gifted Children and the Association of Consulting Companies. Dr. Alakbarov is also the founder and head of the team of psychologists and educators who established the Baku European Lyceum for Gifted Children, a pioneering institution in talent development and modern pedagogy.

Professor Elchin Aliyev is a distinguished expert in information and communication technologies, integrated systems, and digital transformation. He serves as the President of SINAM, a leading company in the Trans-Caspian region specializing in e-government solutions and digital infrastructure development.
He heads the Laboratory of Intelligent Decision-Making Methods and Computer Systems at the Institute of Control Systems under the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Professor Aliyev also plays a key role in several major public and international organizations. He is the Chairman of the Committee on Innovation and Digitalization of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan, Co-Chairman of the Arctic Council of the Assembly of the Peoples of Eurasia, Co-Director of the NATO “Science Program” project, and President of the Information and Communication Technologies Club within the Caspian Business Integration Club, among others.
